At the top of the Info window, select the small custom icon to open a dialog box were you can choose from various image files available on your computer.
To do this, select the file or folder you want to customize and choose File > Get Info in the menu bar. To change the look of a folder on a Mac, you can customize the icon associated with it.
Repeat these steps to change other folders' colors on your Mac as needed. Press Cmd + V to paste your edited version into this window and click OK. Move back to the Info tab of your folder and click on its icon again. Once you are happy with the color, select File > Save As… from the menu bar and save it as a PNG file somewhere on your Mac. Now select Tools > Adjust Color… from the menu bar and adjust its color to red using the sliders. Press Cmd + V to paste the copied folder icon into Preview. Select Edit > Select All from the menu bar, or press Cmd + A, to select evrything in Preview's editing panel. Then open Preview from your Applications folder, or search for it in Spotlight.
